To ensure smooth processing of your order (if your ordering parts ) you will find it helpful to have all your vehicle details to hand when you make your call.

When you call to make a purchase from our parts and accessories department please have the following information to hand:

Your vehicle make, model, year, engine size and type and body type (saloon, hatch, estate, coupe etc.

PAYMENT

We accept Cheque's paypal or bankers drafts.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with all the goods that you order from ST-PERFORMANCE Ltd. If the goods that you receive are not acceptable for any reason then return the items unused in the original packaging, in perfect condition, carriage paid, within 7 days for a refund or exchange - it's your choice.

Your name and address, invoice number and reason for return must accompany all returns.

In the event of incorrectly dispatched or faulty goods please contact our customer services help line on 01777710944 or fax on  01777 710944 who will correct the problem with the minimum of fuss.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

In the case of special order items we reserve the right to decline refunds or apply a handling charge at our discretion.

ORDER SHORTAGES OR DAMAGE

Please advise us of any problems with order shortages or carrier damage within 3 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time we may be unable to process your claim.
